Sometimes when we are faced with uncomfortable and challenging situations, we get stuck in a state of helplessness and stagnation. It can be all too easy to ruminate on the pain of a certain circumstance in our lives and to get stuck there. When we get stuck in the quicksand of overthinking, this often prevents us from taking any steps to change the situation. We are faced with three options- we can choose to accept, to change the situation, or to leave it entirely. At some point, we must move past the thinking phase of this process and step into radical ACTION. Consider what action is serving your highest good today my friends! We attract what we are a vibrational match to. If we are living in a state of want or of not having enough - we are signaling to the Universe that we are in lack, and therefore we attract more of the same. However, when we take the time to notice all the things we do have and express gratitude for the abundance in our lives, we also attract more of the same! Take some time today to examine all the ways you are wealthy. This can be wealth of spirit, purpose, health, financial resources, joy, relationships - start thinking creatively with it! It is all too easy to hold resentments for things that have happened in our past that we perceive as unfair or that have hurt us in some way. However when we trust that everything, both positive AND negative is happening for our highest good, we begin to adopt the growth mindset. Everything is happening in order to teach us how to reach our highest potential and undergo the process of metamorphosis. When we make peace with all that has passed, we begin to incorporate lessons we have learned in order to further our growth and not repeat the same mistakes. The Universe tends to repeat our lessons until we learn them. Take some time to reflect on the pain of the past and all it has taught you. With each new day that comes, we are given the gift of a whole 24 hours - 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds. • Time is arguably our most precious resource- it is finite. None of us knows how much time we are going to get in this life time. • How are we choosing to spend this currency? Are we wasting it on things that are not serving us? Or are we choosing to channel this precious resource into things that resonate with our soul? • Regardless of what has passed yesterday or the days, months, years prior, each day we are given a new opportunity to begin again - this time consciously. With the amount of excess baggage each of us carries around, it is no wonder we all feel heavy! • We have all accumulated stuff over the course of our lives- memories, traumas, unresolved emotions, relationships and circumstances that are no longer serving us. • When we desire change, we must release old weights of the past.
